Somehow, food seems to dog you. How much is too much? Why do I sneak food when no one is looking? Why am I so "good" all day just to mess it up at night? Why can't I stay on track with my eating? Why does my food plan go out the window when things get a little tough?
Unfortunately, so many women feel unclear and helpless around food, and are in a state of second-guessing and self-doubt.

The majority of women today feel controlled by food. They’ve lost their compass in something as basic as eating. They worry that they’ll make a mistake about what to eat, when to eat, why to eat, and how much to actually eat.
It’s easy to see why so many women today feel like failures as they move from one food trend to the next, without much positive to show for it.
It’s because they’ve not yet found something that actually works for their lives! If there was one diet solution that worked, we would have done it already. No one is guiding them to be able to eat in any place or time in a way that feels good for them… or showing them that they can eat ice cream together with their kids without any excuses.

Hello, dear Jewish ladies. I'm Rena Reiser.
I’m the founder of the Towards A Healthy Balance community that guides Jewish women to lead a balanced and healthy life, with a strong emphasis on our relationship with food.

- I’ve been there, done that. I’m a former distracted eater myself. So I have a low tolerance level for the diet industry.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much time will I need to invest on the program each week?
I would anticipate spending 2-3 hours per week on program materials (i.e. listening to modules and practicing the exercises). Like most things in life, the more you invest, the more you will get out of it.
What if I have medical restrictions around food?
This program is about understanding your mental and emotional relationship with food, and not about a specific food plan. Therefore, if you have certain restrictions that were given to you by a medical professional, the program should not be a conflict.
What if I have an eating disorder?
This program is not a substitute for the medical and psychological treatment that eating disorders require. This program does not constitute medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
